This isn't just a backroom role.

The job:You'll be working alongside experienced butchers preparing quality cuts, presenting products to a high standard, and serving customers who appreciate your knowledge and advice.
Every day brings variety—from traditional cuts to seafood, condiments, and specialty lines sourced from across WA.
You:You take pride in your work and care about doing things properly.
You're reliable, have an eye for detail, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
Experience in Australian butchery is essential, and if you bring extra knowledge of specialty cuts, even better.
