Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain all key project artefacts, including business cases, project schedules, and governance documentation.
Manage project reporting and communications to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Lead project development activities, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are fully and consistently informed of progress.
Coordinate resources across the organisation, fostering collaboration to deliver on project objectives.
Establish and lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring all milestones, performance measures, and deliverables are achieved.
About You / Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Project Management.
Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.
Experience in People & Culture (P&C), Workforce Management, or Security is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills with a commitment to achieving superior outcomes.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and secure agreement across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated experience directing and managing multidisciplinary project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
