**Role Overview**:
As a Group Fitness Instructor at ClubLime Goulburn, you will lead fun, engaging, and effective group fitness classes. You will motivate and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals while maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-energy, safe, and effective group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Strength, Zumba, etc.)
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all participants
- Provide modifications to suit varying fitness levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

**About You**:

- Current Group Fitness Certification (e.g., Les Mills, Fitness Australia, etc.)
- Previous experience as a group fitness instructor is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to motivate and engage participants of all fitness levels
