Job Opportunity for Enrolled Nurses

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our Medical Ward team at Goulburn Base Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.
  • Communicate effectively through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Participate in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
  • Apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
  • Embrace change in the delivery of care.
  • Understand quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.
  • Effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
