Join our national Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and be part of the organisations growth to drive great recruiting outcomes across the business. This role will see you partnering closely with leaders and the wider talent acquisition team to hire top leading talent for GenesisCare. A core focus of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with the business and educate them on our signature selection "hiring the best" selection processes.

On offer is a 3 month fixed term contract, working across a diverse range of portfolios within Healthcare and Shared Services. Working arrangements include a blend of working from home and in clinics and head office.

What you'll do:
- End to end recruitment across a range of portfolios recruiting either clinical or corporate roles.- Utilise world class recruiting tools such a video interviewing, psychometric assessments, full suite of LinkedIn tools including LinkedIn Talent Insights to understand market trends and data.-
- Develop and manage campaigns for your business area to attract and retain great talent.- Partner with P&C Business Partners, Operations Managers, Clinic Leads and Hiring Leaders to provide regular updates on status of roles.- Work with the business to understand the future talent requirements to ensure that we have the right talent at the right time.- Work closely with the wider national team and support your peers to ensure fair and equitable volumes across the team, as they will do with you.

Who you are:
- A TA guru who loves what they do and shows passion and dedication to recruitment.- Innovative mindset and desire to contribute to continuous improvement of our newly created function.- Ability to work with a high volume of roles, in a fast paced environment and operate in the grey.- Demonstrated resilience, business acumen and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in an ever-changing environment with critical deadlines.- High-energy, grit, actions oriented and team player.-
- An expert in LinkedIn recruiter to be able to find and attract niche skill sets.- Enjoys working autonomously and part of a team.- Corporate recruitment experience highly desirable.- Experience using Workday Recruiting - highly desirable.
