We are seeking a full-time skilled and compassionate OT to join our team
About us:Part of Lutheran Services, Trinder Park Aged Care, specialises in personalised aged care services focused on individual wellbeing and an enriched quality of life.
Drawing on our rich Lutheran tradition of caring for everyone - the individual, family, and community.
We support older people, young people and their families, people living with a disability or mental illness, and families experiencing domestic violence and hardship.
Together with the congregations that founded us, we've been serving Queenslanders since 1935.

They bring our vision to life - helping those we serve to pursue the lives they hope for and enabling the communities we are part of to thrive.About the role:Work within an allied health team of experienced physiotherapists.
Diverse caseload with our home care clients:Seating and postural managementPressure managementFalls prevention and educationDevelopment and implementation of individualised programs based on resident goalsAdvocate for residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes; andContinuous improvement Assistance for residents to complete government subsidy forms.This is a full-time role.Driver\'s licence required.About you:We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has an interest in rehabilitation and a desire to encourage our residents to develop and maintain a level of fitness conducive to a good quality of life, and to maximise their independence.
An understanding of issues experienced by elderly people, their families, and carers is important.
