Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Fleet Operations to help guide strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).

We are looking for people with experience in Fleet Management, Operations and program management. You will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders including global fleet teams, regional fleet managers, on-the-road teams, stations operations and external partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Tactically drive teams in and outside of your organisation to deliver
- Work autonomously, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions.
- Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as a SME responsible for Delivery Station Fleets to maintain the world's safest and fully mission capable vehicles.
- Partner with teams across the business you support, and beyond to source, allocate and coordinate resources.
- Engage other Amazon business units globally, Operations and DSP teams on standard work and best practices to improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Work with program managers, business leaders, and senior leadership to communicate and impact critical business initatives
- Maintain accountability to Fleet standards with in station presence, audits, and coaching.
- Synchronize with third party companies to ensure Best in Class service is provided to the Amazon Fleet.
- This role will initially focus on Sydney, expanding into other states in future, with travel up to 20-40%

Sydney, NSW, AUS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
