Become a Funeral Location Manager at White Lady Funerals, part of InvoCare, an industry leader with over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.About the roleWe are now accepting applications for a Location Manager to join our Morningside team on a full-time basis.
The Location Manager has a strong focus on ensuring our brand is well known in the community, is results oriented and ensures the provision of quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating the company\'s culture and high service standards.
This role builds positive relationships with stakeholders, motivates a team, provides compassionate care and supports families during one of the most challenging times in their lives before, during and after the funeral.About youYou possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged and proud to be part of the teamOperations, people and finance management for an extremely high-volume locationAbility to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levelsSensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values and beliefsCustomer focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the publicEmpathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clientsCompetent administrative and computing skills and an eye for detailFlexibility to participate in after hour duties, including occasional weekend arrangingExcellent written and oral communications skillsHold a level of comfort in working with grieving families and the deceasedUnrestricted Driver\'s licenseBenefits of joining InvoCareYou may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families to assist them to celebrate the lives of their loved ones in a way that they would have wanted.
