CATO Location Services is seeking experienced and motivated Traffic Controllers to join our Queensland team. We're leaders in Traffic Management, Security, Location Vehicles, and Production Support Crew, partnering with clients across government, construction, and feature film industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, manage, and remove temporary traffic control schemes and signage in compliance with Queensland Main Roads standards.
- Direct traffic safely using a stop/slow bat and other approved devices, even in adverse weather conditions.
- Coordinate effectively with construction teams, emergency services, and other road personnel.
- Conduct site checks and monitor traffic behaviour to proactively identify and report hazards or incidents.
- Follow instructions from site leaders, foremen, or supervisors and maintain clear communication across the worksite.
- Wear and maintain correct personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and adhere to safety protocols.
- Support and collaborate with team members in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibly adapt to changing schedules, including shift work, weekends, and nights.

**Requirements**:

- Valid QLD Traffic Controller Licence (TMI/TCR required)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- QLD Driver's Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience in traffic control
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Proven teamwork, adaptability, and dependability
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
