**About Our Client**:
You will be joining a world leading mining business with operations based here in WA. Their focus is on sustainability and a clean future. They have recently delivered three major renewable power purchase agreements with solar and wind farm construction projects.
- Input of documentation into Project EDMS including allocation and reservation of document numbers, quality checking and uploading of documentation, distribution, transmission and superseding of documentation
- Quality checking of information to ensure the integrity of information 9is consistent
- Auditing of system to ensure compliance and quality of data.
- Provides guidance to internal team members regarding the requirements for project documentation
- Liaise with internal and external vendors and consultants to ensure documentation is uploaded to Company EDMS as per Company procedures
- Expediting, reporting and ensuring service standards are maintained
- Maintaining and updating of registers and spreadsheets
- Provide support the Project Controls and Engineering team where capacity permits.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Solid document control experience within a resources, engineering or similar environment
- Experience managing vendor packages
- Working knowledge of electronic document management systems
- Understanding contractual requirements in relation to documentation
- Experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
- Understanding contractual requirements in relation to documentation;
- Experience maintaining and updating SharePoint site
- Ability to multitask and willingness to assist other departments if required
- Problem solving skills and ability to implement improvements as required
