Senior Document Control Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our document control team. This role involves leading a team of document controllers, managing workload effectively, ensuring suitable coverage across all projects, and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of senior document control experience, familiarity with document control systems (Aconex, SharePoint), and Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Pro, and QDMS.

Key responsibilities include leading a small team, managing workload, ensuring project coverage, tracking correspondence, managing relationships with stakeholders, providing commissioning documentation to clients, assisting with client queries, reporting project documentation status to management, creating work packs for processing, fabrication, and assembly, and producing, obtaining, and compiling records for MDRs.

  • Lead a small team of document controllers

Desirable skills include Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001, and a background in manufacturing is advantageous.
