**The Company**:
This leading national provider of Facilities Services is expanding their bids team. Having already gained market dominance in a number of core sectors they wish to diversify their existing offering and client-base.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate and write compelling and compliant responses, proposals, EOIs, tenders etc.
- Write key sections of submissions including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance to standards
- Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients.
- Coordinate contributions from operational and commercial teams.
- Develop content and templates and maintain the library

**Criteria**:

- Understanding of the full spectrum of Bid Pricing / Commercial Costing, Labour and Material Estimates, Commercial Terms and Delivery strategies
- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance (M&E / HVAC) or other Services is preferred
- Strong written communication skills (bids, technical, or professional business writing experience)
- Understanding of bid writing fundamentals
- Good stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely manner
