About the role

As a Taxation Officer within the Investment Advisory and Taxation Services team, your primary responsibility will be to prepare income tax returns and other statutory compliance documents. You'll also assist in providing timely and accurate business support and advice in the areas of financial and taxation accounting services. This position is essential in maintaining compliance and ensuring the smooth operation of our taxation services, contributing to the financial empowerment of Queenslanders.

Your work will involve using information systems to provide service and advice to stakeholders, assisting with audits, reviews, investigations, and appraisals of systems and program evaluations. Reporting to the Principal Taxation Officer and you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to meet key performance indicators and deliver exceptional service.
