You will collaborate with senior leaders, including General Managers and Heads of departments, to drive strategic people initiatives.
Your role will be key in shaping talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and building organisational capability, all while strengthening team culture within Technology.Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner supporting the CIO, you will also partner with a Technology Business Partner based in Bangalore to deliver impactful outcomes across the function.We are looking for someone with P&C expertise who is also commercially minded, understands business partnership, and is familiar with Technology team structures.What you'll be doingEnd-to-end accountability for delivering the P&C strategic people plan for your client groups, partnering with General Managers and their teams to align initiatives with business goals.Collaborate with P&C centres of excellence to drive initiatives within your client group.Manage cyclical people activities for your client group.Identify future capability needs, including succession planning, capability programs, performance coaching, and managing change.Work with Employee Relations to handle employee and industrial relations issues, conduct investigations into complaints and grievances.Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.Influence and coach managers and team members to model desired values and leadership behaviors, fostering a positive culture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in tech and digital, to address people needs.To be successful, you'll have:At least five years of P&C business partner experience, with a minimum of two years partnering with technology and digital teams in a fast-paced environment.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields are highly regarded.A proven track record of delivering results and positively impacting organizational performance.The ability to be an effective change agent, evaluating and championing change initiatives.Strong relationship-building, engagement, and influencing skills to achieve business outcomes.An autonomous, supportive team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.Benefits include:Flexible hybrid working options.Team member discounts at Kmart, Target, Officeworks, and Bunnings.Access to exclusive discounts and benefits through the Kmart for You program.Participation in bonus programs for eligible team members.Inclusive parental leave and ongoing support via Circle In.Learning and support programs, mentoring opportunities, and recognition initiatives.Career growth opportunities within Wesfarmers Group.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating inclusive and safe environments.
