Consistent with the firm's evolution and future development plans, the opportunity now exists for an experienced leader to manage the organisation, further develop its brand experience and position the business for continued development and growth.

Work closely with, and reporting to, the Board of (Executive) Directors, in this rewarding role you will manage and develop the team to deliver to the firm's strategic objectives. This will involve working with the Board to define strategy, followed by operational planning and implementation, change leadership, and the development of performance and growth of the business through a client-centric culture of continuous improvement.

You will also take hands-on responsibility for the commercial operations of the firm, including: marketing and business development; people and culture; information and communications technology; management systems; accounting and finance; risk and compliance; administration; and related monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement.

You will be a natural leader and relationship manager whose sharp intellect is governed by your emotional intelligence and pragmatic, 'people first' approach. While performance focused, you will be governance-oriented and committed to excellence and long-term sustainability.

Management experience within a commercial context and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential. Experience in a comparable role within a professional services environment may be an advantage.
