**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead high-quality Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, and/or apparatus-based) for individuals and small groups.
- Tailor programs to varying skill levels, physical conditions, and personal goals.
- Ensure client safety through proper form, clear instruction, and ongoing assessment.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage retention, consistency, and community.
- Collaborate with the Ember Pilates team on scheduling, studio maintenance, and special events.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Pilates Instructor (comprehensive training preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (newly certified instructors with strong skills are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and encouraging presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
