The Maid of Auckland is a family owned and operated hotel seeking a Duty Manager to help manage the hotel and provide leadership to our well established team. Applicants should be experienced in general daily hotel operations and have exceptional standards in customer service. We are offering a casual position which will involve work in all areas of the hotel, however primarily based in the Restaurant area of operations. Applicants must be self-motivated, have a good work ethic and be customer oriented. We offer an excellent and secure opportunity for development and advancement in our industry. Gaming Manager and Responsible Person qualifications are essential, as is experience in hospitality management is essential.

- Proven experience in both food & beverage operations,
- Great leadership qualities and decision-making skills,
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service,
- Strong communication skills,
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent grooming & presentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 - $50.00 per hour
