Key Responsibilities
Lead and support design delivery for road infrastructure projects
Contribute to proposal preparation and business development
Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
Ensure effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
Help shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design
Collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
Experience leading design teams or mentoring others highly regarded
