**The role**

You will provide project and portfolio management services to the Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering Domain as part of the PMO team.

**Your opportunity**
- Own and lead the new joiner process for the domain. Work with business and HR on pre-hiring activities (e.g., role purpose statements, approvals, etc) and post-hiring activities (e.g., arranging computer and system access, etc)
- Develop and maintain a new joiner pack that allows new team members an easier transition into the ECOM domain
- Assist the Senior Analyst (PMO) on domain financials including forecasting and actuals mgt processes, templates, and best practices.
- Assist the Senior Analyst on processes such as cost transfers, budget requests, compliant & timely timesheets, invoicing, vendor & procurement, etc

**The role and Day to day will include**
- Support the Senior Analyst to establish a comprehensive knowledge base to allow domain resources to self-serve on: operating rhythm, domain drivers, squad compositions, roadmaps, tools, org charts, and standard PMO processes
- Engage in stakeholder reporting and forums including financials (Mth, YTD, FY, WOL | Domain & Sub-domain), domain & sub-domain leadership forums, IPRF work cards, squad composition & FTE, etc
- Work with delivery teams to ensure Clarity & Rally are current and maintained

**What you will bring**
- At least 2 years experience in an area heavily reliant on the use of quantitative data to determine outcomes (e.g., project & portfolio mgt, finance, etc)
- Strong understand of project financials and advanced MS Excel skills
- Banking and financial services exp preferred
- Experience in delivering large complex programs preferred
