Our results show client satisfaction at 99.45% and team satisfaction at 97.52% for 2024 and continue to hold firm.We specialise in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects ranging from $1M to $1.4Bn with some of Australia's top companies & have offices in Sydney, Melbourne & Manila.Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented Senior PMO Consultant with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis.Your Role: As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high quality PMO services.
Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a Senior PMO Consultant include:the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.implementing robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls.aligning existing PMO practices with changing requirements and assisting in the establishment of best practices and frameworks.collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.guiding other members of the PMO team.What you bring: proven ability to add value within project, program &/or portfolio PMOs.record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs.abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.experience working in different types of PMOs is desirable.references from previous employers and client sponsors.energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.What we Offer: Seven Consulting is committed to building a community of high-calibre PMO & project delivery professionals and providing a rewarding career by offering:A collaborative & inclusive culture.Paid overtime.Recognition & rewards for high performance.Charity initiatives – Project 7.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Seven Consulting embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
