White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.Due to internal progression, we're looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing team located in Rosebery.
This role is dynamic and fast-pace perfect for someone who lives and breathes both social media and content creation.
You'll be creating content, jumping on trends, and travelling for brand trips, events, and activations.Main Responsibilities:Create high-impact, viral, trend-driven content across TikTok, Instagram and moreBe a consistent on-camera presence - filming and producing engaging content that aligns with White Fox's voice and brand for White Fox social platformsMonitor social trends, sounds, memes, and moments and proactively jumping on relevant opportunitiesCreate social plans for brand trips, events, campaigns, marketing activities (sales,ect) and activationsAttend brand trips, campaign shoots, events, and activations, capturing real-time content that aligns with the White Fox brandLead the creative direction of day-to-day content, pitching and executing fresh ideas that elevate the brand's social presenceCollaborate with the PR, Design, and Creative teams to bring cohesive storytelling to life across channelsWork closely with the Social Media Manager to make sure content vibes with launches, drops, and bigger campaignsReport on performance and content engagement to help refine and evolve strategy over timePush creative boundaries while keeping White Fox's voice and style authentic and relatableYou live and breathe social media and are obsessed with staying ahead of trends, viral challenges, and platform updatesConfident and natural on camera - you know how to engage and entertain an audience with easeProven experience creating content that grabs attention and drives engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other key platformsStrong creative vision and the ability to pitch fresh ideas that align with brand DNA and audience vibesComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where speed and quality both matterSolid skills in filming, editing, and basic post-production using tools like CapCut and InShot or similarHighly organised and proactive - able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFlexible availability to accommodate brand trips, events, or reactive content moments outside traditional hoursOpportunity for growth within the social teamFun and supportive team cultureGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsFun events throughout the yearFull Access to our in office White Fox Active GymWorking with one of Australia's fastest growing fashion companies
