Are you a digital storyteller who loves turning content into conversation, and followers into a thriving community?Do you get excited by the power of great content, social engagement, and making tech feel human?We're looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Ordermentum and help us amplify our impact across the food and beverage industry.
You'll be managing the social media, supplier shoutouts, campaign content as well as working with our Growth and Product teams on feature GTM initiatives, helping us show up consistently and creatively across channels.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and curious about AI and will help test and implement AI marketing tools in the team.
What You'll Be Doing Social Media Content, Execution, and Management Own our organic social calendar across Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook (no Tik Tok - yet)Write, design and schedule creative and consistent posts (Canva is your friend)Monitor engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and save UGC for reuse Report on social performance, track trends, and suggest what's next Run weekly shoutouts for new suppliers to drive awareness and connection Community Amplification & Supplier Engagement Support onboarding of new suppliers by helping them leverage their launch Walk suppliers through our marketing tools and how to promote their brand with us Collaborate on welcome packs and help celebrate their go-live moments Encourage suppliers to promote their Ordermentum presence across their channels Be the friendly face of marketing in supplier onboarding calls Campaign & Content Amplification Support our paid media team with collateral, ads, and reporting across Meta, Google, Linked In.
Partner with the Growth and Product Marketing teams to support major GTM and awareness campaigns Adapt and amplify core messaging into snackable, shareable content Ensure our product innovation, brand voice, and leadership position shine across social Help collect supplier assets (logos, messaging, imagery) to support campaign rollout Support blog and email distribution of campaign content when needed Cross-Team Collaboration Align regularly with the multiple teams to plan and refine messaging Stay in sync with Supplier Success and Onboarding teams to identify opportunities Keep marketing materials (decks, onboarding info, resources) up to date Contribute to team meetings and bring ideas to the table We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community marketing A clear and creative communicator with strong writing skills Skilled in Canva, and comfortable with scheduling tools Curious, passion with experience a bonus in AI marketing tools Experience or interest in the food, hospitality, or tech industries is a bonus Passion for digital trends and making brands feel personal What You Get A purpose-led company that's transforming the hospitality industry Hybrid flexibility and a vibrant Sydney office culture You Do You Days — extra days off Wellbeing budget and learner allowance A team that genuinely cares Freedom to test ideas, own your space, and grow fast If you're passionate about social media, love helping others shine, and want to grow your marketing career in a meaningful industry, we'd love to hear from you.
