**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Development Coordinator to join our passionate and dynamic Store Development Team.

In this role you will coordinate the ongoing maintenance needs of existing stores, support the refurbishment of existing stores and opening of new stores

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Deliver AMAZING maintenance support to the retail state, regional and VM teams
- Liaise with external stakeholders and tradespeople to resolve issues and provide store support as required
- Support new store openings to ensure full operational capacity and on time opening
- Manage maintenance budget
- Prepare and coordinate work schedule
- Monthly reporting and track expenditure

**OUR NEXT STORE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR**
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the Retail industry
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects
- Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Sound IT knowledge and teach savvy
- Reliable, resourceful and calm in a fast-paced environment
