Retail Manager/Showroom Manager

Our growth recognises our industry leadership in solutions, innovation and quality customer service across our showrooms, home care, hospital and pressure care, and configured mobility.A unique opportunity exists to manager two showrooms for an experienced Showroom Manager at our Coorparoo and Capalaba Showrooms.As a Showroom Manager, you will lead, drive and inspire your team to achieve overall success.
You will be the first point of contact and manage your team across all aspects of sales and operations.
You will have a strongRetail backgroundand want to apply your skills in the Allied Health industry.

You will be aself-motivated, creative thinker, and seek out new opportunities.This is a permanent, full-time role with some real work/life balance -Monday to Friday and 8:30am-4:30pm.Your "New" Day to Day:Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactionsActively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunitiesAttending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS.Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the showroom.Processing orders and hire contractsDriving process efficiency and striving for continual improvementBeing the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businessesWhat's In It For You:Monday to Friday / 8:30 am to 4:30 pmCompetitive salary packageCommissionEmployee benefits and rewardsProfessional and supportive team environmentOngoing extensive training and coachingCompany Paid Parental LeaveBirthday leave dayVolunteer leave dayILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia.
