We're looking for talented GIS professionals to join a team to support Work Management platform.
Whether your expertise lies in infrastructure management, application support, or spatial data integration , we have opportunities that will put your skills to work on large-scale, business-critical systems that directly impact operations across Western Australia.
Their GIS environment spans ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Field Maps, FME, Smallworld, AWS , and integrated enterprise systems such as Maximo .
You'll play a key role in ensuring the stability, accuracy, and usability of our spatial platforms—supporting both office and field operations.
What you'll be doing Depending on your specialisation, you may be :
Managing and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure in AWS, including servers, databases, storage, and load balancers.
Implementing security, patching, and performance improvements in line with architecture and cybersecurity standards.
Providing application-level support for ArcGIS Field Maps, AGOL web maps, and mobile compatibility.
Validating and aligning spatial data across systems (Smallworld, MyWorld, AGOL) to ensure accuracy for field and enterprise use.
Designing, building, and maintaining FME workflows to automate spatial data transformation and integration.
Supporting integration with Maximo Asset Management and testing GIS service endpoints.
Contributing to major GIS uplift projects and strategic initiatives, including upgrades, schema redesigns, and platform migrations.
What you'll bring
We're looking for people who have experience in at least one of the following areas, and ideally a blend of them :
GIS Infrastructure : ArcGIS Enterprise administration, AWS cloud services, Windows Server, networking, proxies, load balancers.
Application Support : AGOL and Field Maps administration, mobile GIS troubleshooting, Maximo integration, schema alignment.
Data Integration & Automation : FME development, schema mapping, spatial data validation, Smallworld-to-ArcGIS data transformation.
Essential Skills & Experience :
Solid experience with Esri technologies (ArcGIS Enterprise, AGOL, Field Maps).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across multiple environments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
Understanding of GIS data models and enterprise system integration.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable :
AWS certifications, FME certifications, or Esri training.
Experience with Maximo, Smallworld, and Python scripting in GIS contexts.
Exposure to large-scale GIS uplift or transformation projects.
