We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in IpswichYou will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparationWhat shifts are we offering?
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Monday - Sunday6am-11am 4pm-9pm Monday - SundayTo be successful in this role you will have:
• A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
• At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
