**About the Firm**
Our client is an award-winning national law firm based in Melbourne's CBD. They are known for their insurance & health and family law expertise and fantastic work environment. **About the Role**
They are seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel level practitioner to join their team of talented, award-winning lawyers. Their Insurance and Health team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas. The principals who head up the team are renowned in the industry for their work in the sector. You will be involved in a range of matters focusing on institutional abuse with an opportunity to also be involved in personal injury and property liability claims.

**About You**
- 6 Years PQE
- Previous defendant insurance experience within the areas of liability
- Experience in historical abuse claims will be looked upon favourably
- Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client services
- Strong communication skills
- Solid file management skills
