**About the role**
The Beam Growth and Partnerships team drives Australian Retirement Trust's (ART) high volume, low-cost member acquisition through employer direct and software channels.
As a Relationship Manager - Beam, you'll identify and secure growth opportunities through exceptional influencing and decision-making skills. You'll draw on deep knowledge of ART's product suite to articulate value, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and foster high-quality relationships across your portfolio. You'll also be responsible for retention and increasing member penetration within your assigned portfolio.
Day to day, you'll:
- Develop, maintain, and retain a national portfolio.
- Implement and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Contribute to and interpret reporting, analysis, and sales insights.
- Represent Beam and ART at relevant industry events.
- Identify referral opportunities for the Business Development team and collaborate to improve referral quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking scalable and excellent service opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong industry-specific and technical knowledge.
This role is a permanent opportunity and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
