We're partnering with a highly-respected, progressive firm (100+ staff) to find a talented Associate or SA for their defendant insurance team that's on the WorkCover panel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a firm known for its high-quality work, exceptional client service, and supportive, close-knit culture.
Responsibilities
You'll be working closely with three recognised, award-winning Partners, while managing your own varied caseload of defendant workers\' compensation matters.
Your clients will include leading institutions like WorkCover and self-insured employers. If you're keen to broaden your experience, there's also opportunity to handle public liability cases.
You won't be doing it alone – you'll have full support from a dedicated team of paralegals and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering great outcomes for your clients.
Key Requirements
4+ years of PAE (Lawyers up to 12 years PAE will be considered)
Either at Associate or Senior Associate Level
Background in defending workers\' compensation or public liability matters
Strong technical skills and a solutions-focused approach
