We're partnering with a highly-respected, progressive firm (100+ staff) to find a talented Associate or SA for their defendant insurance team that's on the WorkCover panel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a firm known for its high-quality work, exceptional client service, and supportive, close-knit culture.

Responsibilities
  • You'll be working closely with three recognised, award-winning Partners, while managing your own varied caseload of defendant workers\' compensation matters.
  • Your clients will include leading institutions like WorkCover and self-insured employers. If you're keen to broaden your experience, there's also opportunity to handle public liability cases.
  • You won't be doing it alone – you'll have full support from a dedicated team of paralegals and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering great outcomes for your clients.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of PAE (Lawyers up to 12 years PAE will be considered)
  • Either at Associate or Senior Associate Level
  • Background in defending workers\' compensation or public liability matters
  • Strong technical skills and a solutions-focused approach
