Lawyer or Senior Associate - Digital & IP Exciting opportunity for a lawyer or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Digital and IP team in Brisbane.

The Team The Digital and IP team operates across technology, start-ups, life sciences, telecommunications, and media, providing expert advice to both private and government clients.
The team is recognised for its collaborative, innovative culture and consistently works on high-profile, complex technology and commercial matters.
Position Description This role involves supporting senior Partners and the broader national Digital and IP team on a wide range of matters, including technology and IT agreements, data protection and privacy, competition and consumer issues, intellectual property, and general commercial matters.
You will contribute to high-quality transactions, technology commercialisation projects, and digital initiatives, while helping clients navigate emerging legal and regulatory challenges.
Key Requirements Experience as a lawyer or Senior Associate in a front-end commercial TMT practice within a mid-to-large commercial firm Strong commercial, drafting, and technical skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively both independently and collaboratively Passion for technology, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and emerging issues in the digital and TMT sectors Team-oriented, proactive, and supportive of a positive workplace culture Contact For further information, please contact Lucia Ferraro on or for a confidential conversation.
