Our Drilling & Completion Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.
**Partner with the best**
As a Technical Sales Manager - DCF, you'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities for the Drilling and Completion fluids product line across all the industry. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.
As a Technical Sales Manager - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:
- Positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution.
- Working in close cooperation with regional sales, account sales and commercial proposal staff.
- Involving in increasing market penetration through technical support and commercial strategies.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment and client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
- Handling important clients for a product line. Department is involved in medium-large sales.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have at least 5 years' experience in Technical Sales drilling fluid / chemical.
- Show a good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have ability to lead programs / projects.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
