About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a permanent full time Automotive Parts Specialist to join our experienced team.
We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base.
The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound phone & online sales processing
In-store customer service
Order & receipt incoming stock
Process & pick purchase orders
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Skills & experience
Exceptional communication skills
A customer service champion
Experience or a passion for auto parts
Well presented
Great phone manner
Ability to influence & negotiate
Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
