THE ROLE
- Communications/Media/PR
- Human Resources, especially Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial Relations expertise

In addition, board experience and/or formal training in governance would be highly regarded.

TIME REQUIRED

Approximately 7-10 hours per month

Board members are appointed for an initial three-year term, with the option to renew a further two times. Board members can serve a total of nine years consecutively.
