The Content Manager will plan, produce, and optimise high-performing content that attracts, nurtures, and converts. Working closely with SEO, performance marketing, and design, they will own the content calendar and lead the creation of targeted assets across multiple digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy that aligns with CareAbout's acquisition and engagement goals
- Own the end-to-end content calendar—from ideation and production to distribution and performance tracking
- Create optimised content for website, blog, landing pages, and SEO-focused resources
- Produce compelling gated assets (guides, checklists, tools) to drive lead generation and support paid acquisition
- Contribute to social media strategy with content that extends reach and engagement
- Leverage data (GA4, SEO tools, Salesforce) to assess content performance and inform strategy
- Adopt and experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency without compromising quality
- Coordinate cross-functional input from design, partnerships, SEO, and paid media to deliver cohesive campaigns

**Key Skills & Experience**
- 3-5+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles with a performance focus
- Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
- Strong grasp of SEO principles and experience working closely with SEO teams
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and basic design/layout tools (e.g. Canva, Figma)
- Confidence using data to guide decisions and measure results
- Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills
