Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Movember Full time

Movember is the leading organisation changing the face of men's health globally, taking on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancers.

**About the role**

You'll oversee the sourcing and production of content that engages and compels Movember's supporters - and the men that we serve - to change the face of men's health. You'll oscillate between bringing the fun to our world-famous fundraising efforts, showcasing the impact of Movember's men's health projects in the APAC region, and leading the delivery of strategic content that will help men lead healthier and longer lives.

You'll have specific responsibility for implementing Movember's global content strategy across APAC (predominantly in Australia and NZ). Movember is more than a month, and this role will importantly contribute to ensuring Movember is recognised for the work we deliver year-round, as the leading organisation dedicated to improving men's health on a global scale.

**You'll have the opportunity to**
- Identify where, how and what content can solve challenges across Movember's impact and income goals.
- Create and deliver a year-round content plan in collaboration with the Movember APAC team - including the Marketing Manager, PR Manager and Social Media Manager.
- Sync up local plans with other Content Managers based in Europe and North America to bring our brand to life consistently across the globe.
- Work closely with Movember's in-house creative Studio to oversee production of all types of strategic content including video, photography, audio and graphic design.
- Alongside the PR Manager, develop strong relationships with the Programs and Fundraising teams in APAC to identify storytelling opportunities - share powerful real stories from our community, and convey the impact we have had on men's health using the funds raised by our incredible supporters.
- Work with Movember's Insights team and digital channel owners to understand content performance, using these learnings to continuously improve and optimise content for channels - including editorial content for SEO purposes.

**For this role, you'll need**
- Strong writing, interviewing and creative skills, with the ability to produce and edit content for a variety of different audiences and platforms.
- Significant experience in project management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple content projects or pieces at the same time.
- Confidence building positive working relationships and managing a variety of stakeholders across the APAC marketing, fundraising and men's health teams.
- Ability to collaborate with Content Managers in other markets to align content plans globally.
- Knowledge of digital content delivery channels such as website CMS, eDMs, social media channels (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube) and content amplification services.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, including monitoring expenditure and maximising outcomes with limited resources.
- Solid experience managing and working with freelancers, contractors and creative agencies on projects which cannot be completed in-house. E.g. video production
- Working knowledge of production processes for audio-visual development.
- A passion for continuous improvement demonstrated through experience in A/B testing, data gathering and optimisation.

**Bonus points for**
- Skills and experience in graphic design, photography, videography or audio production.
- Skills and experience in SEO or web content accessibility.
- Skills and experience in copywriting or journalism.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.

**Our employee benefits include**:

- Flexible hybrid working from home and our modern Richmond office
- Finish work at 2pm on Fridays (Dec-Aug)
- NFP salary packaging (pay less tax)
- 13 weeks paid parental leave and 5 weeks annual leave
- Fun & collaborative culture with employee social events
- $1000 annual learning & development allowance
- Free Headspace subscription and other wellbeing initiatives
- Relaxed dress code
