**About the Role and Who we're looking for**

As the successful Receptionist, you'll be the face of Nelson Alexander in the Kew office. You will be operating the front desk and as the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries you will need to possess excellent communication skills and hold yourself in a professional and friendly manner. Previous real estate experience would be an advantage however we do require someone with customer service/front of house experience.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and able to hold yourself in a professional and friendly manner.

The hours for this role are 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday only.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous reception and customer service experience
- A clear, well spoken phone manner
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
