Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a 136-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Summer Hill, NSW.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 136-bed Aged Care facility in Summer Hill, NSW
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
