About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team, providing high-quality clinical care to our residents in a person-centred approach.

You will report directly to the Care Manager and work collaboratively with the personal care team to ensure excellent care standards are met.

  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
