The WiseTech Global group is becoming increasingly complex, and the expertise of our Finance team is accelerating to meet this demand. As our Commercial Finance team has become more centralised and workload increased, there is significant opportunity for process and efficiency improvement in Accounts Receivables.

Accurate and timely allocation of customer payments is critical to enabling the group collection processes to improve and maintain cashflow. With the ongoing expansion of our Sydney HQ Finance team, this role offers the opportunity to carve out your niche in the business and progress alongside an ASX listed organisation.

**What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis**:

- Embarking on a daily routine of diligently reviewing bank statements to identify incoming payments.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate allocation of customer payments, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
- Conducting thorough reconciliations of customer accounts and payments to maintain financial integrity.
- Engaging in professional communication with customers to obtain remittance details when necessary.
- Skillfully address enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, employing analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities.
- Execute the processing of direct debit files with meticulous care, awaiting management approval with confidence and proficiency.

**Who You Are**:
You are a highly organised person, with 2-3 years' proven experience in an accounts-based environment. With a passion for process improvement and excellent organisational skills, you are capable of managing high volumes of statements and invoices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer accounts. With impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills, you are also able to comfortably interact with international clients of all sizes and are proficient in Excel and other computer systems.
