**The opportunity**:
The Key Account Manager will work proactively with our major wholesale partners to manage and grow long term relationships that will drive mutually beneficial outcomes that deliver growth & profitability for all accounts across the Footwear, Apparel and Accessories division. This role is expected to work cross functionally to support each account by delivering the achievement of the Reebok Pacific Business wholesale strategy.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Ensure "Go-to-market" excellence that is both compelling, delivering strong results against targets, and meets specified cut-off dates
- Provide Solution based strategies for gaps within internal & external KPIs
- Manage Trading Terms / Sales adjustments to plan
- Conduct regular customer business planning meetings
- Creation & execution of rolling account business plans. (1-3 years)
- Alignment on product, marketing, sales through to retail
- Receipt & collation of customer (KA's) sell-through information /distribute sales sell through on a weekly basis
- Integrate Customer Marketing initiatives into customer management process in alignment with GTM Calendar
- Manage Inventories with all KA's to ensure mutually agreed KPI's are achieved
- Ensure business understands customer concerns & market opportunities within a timely matter
- Manage & enhance customer relationships
**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead & drive sustainable sales & KPI Growth
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and coach to win
- Passionate about Reebok brand & sportswear industry
