We're seeking an Service Desk Team Lead to join our highly successful Professional Services Team servicing. Joining us on an initial 6 - 12 months contract, potential extensions.

**Your day at NTT**
- Work within the support desk & cloud services team to assist with the delivery of key infrastructure projects
- Work with BIS and other functional areas to investigate and respond to infrastructure and security incidents relating to cloud and on-prem systems
- Maintain availability of internal/external IT systems and ensure systems are regularly reviewed in accordance with established policies and processes
- Ensure continuity of BCP & DR services in line with existing service levels
- Automation of BAU and delivery tasks to increase team and system efficiencies
- Raising awareness of information security issues with system owners and users
- Escalate tier-3 incidents with vendors and partners

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Experience in cloud migration projects involving Microsoft Intune
- Experience with WAF or other Firewall technologies (F5, Netscaler or similar)
- Experience with Amazon AWS/Azure & Office 365 security controls, policies and best practices
- Experience with Dynamics CRM and AX administration
- Experience in supporting a virtualised Microsoft environment both server (Microsoft Server, Exchange, Hyper-V etc.)
- Experience in supporting network and firewall infrastructure (Cisco, HP Procurve, Fortinet etc.)
- Experience in supporting cloud infrastructure implementations (eg: AWS/Azure/Office365)
- Working with Infrastructure as code and exposure to CI/CD
