
Service Desk Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced full-time professional to lead our IT support team as a Service Desk Lead.
The successful candidate will utilize their technical expertise to manage and support IT tasks, leading the Level 1 service desk team in triaging and resolving IT tickets submitted through our service desk portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations from the business and facilitate analysis with other teams.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
Requirements:
- IT qualification is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in Technical Support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of IT systems and processes. You will be working closely with our IT teams to ensure that our customers receive prompt and effective support.
