Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced full-time professional to lead our IT support team as a Service Desk Lead.

The successful candidate will utilize their technical expertise to manage and support IT tasks, leading the Level 1 service desk team in triaging and resolving IT tickets submitted through our service desk portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalations from the business and facilitate analysis with other teams.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.

Requirements:

  • IT qualification is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in Technical Support.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange.
