We are currently looking for an experienced **After-Sales Travel Consultant** to join our Customer Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer-service oriented role.

**What you'll do...**
- Coordinating customer booking requirements
- Managing post-sale upgrades
- Assisting with insurance quotes
- Amending existing bookings and customer travel documentation
- Other general customer service duties
