We are seeking an experienced and energetic HSEQ Manager to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the SA Utilities sector.
Based in Dulwich, you will lead a dedicated and high-performing HSEQ team supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined construction projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.This is an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career, you'll benefit from ongoing professional development, including on-the-job skill-building and coaching, ensuring you grow your expertise within our dynamic organisation.In this role you'll be responsible for:Reinforcing and driving the business HSEQ strategy from the ground up and tailoring HSEQ strategy to align with client requirementsProviding HSEQ leadership, ensuring compliance with legislative, client and internal management system requirementsDay to day management of a high functioning HSEQ teamEngaging with senior cross-functional leaders to drive integrated business outcomesStreamlining systems and processes to meet program risk profile and client requirementsLiaising and reporting directly with client HSEQ personnel to ensure requirements and expectations are exceededLead critical investigations and oversee all incident management requirements.How you'll connect to the role:Relevant Qualification in Health, Safety, Environment or Quality related disciplineHold a relevant Lead Auditing Qualification (preferably ICAM lead investigator) and be an expert in accredited safety systems and incident investigationRelevant experience in the industrial construction industry, preferably Water/WastewaterProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint & TeamsProficient in report writing, presentations and client facing interactionsProven ability to lead, develop, engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisationAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
