We are Functional foundations disability service and are currently looking for a new member to join our team.

What we are looking for:

- Someone with sound knowledge within sles/des
- Demonstrated experience working with young people with a disability either in a professional environment or may be demonstrated through non-professional means or life experience;
- A sound understanding of disability and the effect on social relationships, independent living, daily needs, physical health, vocational and employment needs of these clients;
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function as a constructive and collaborative member of a small cohesive team;
- Demonstrates qualities of empathy, compassion and integrity;
- Possess a current driver's license

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
