Account Director

If you're an Account Director looking to develop your leadership skills with a successful independent agency, this role could be ideal.
The agency is looking for a natural leader to manage an aspiring team of Account Managers to work on a high profile customer driven financial services brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing and overseeing multi-channel, digital, social, CX, edm campaigns, with a hunger and drive to grow your client's business.
As a team lead, your ability to work with the agency's creative, strategic, data and technology teams is key to ensure you are delivering and outperforming your client expectations.
Key requirements:
Strong understanding and experience managing data driven, customer-centric campaigns with a digital, social, CX focus
Ability to think strategically and to be your clients' trusted adviser
Proven experience in developing and mentoring Account Directors and Account Managers
A confident communicator and presenter
Solid financial acumen
A key partner/collaborator with the senior leadership team
This role will suit an Account Director with a passion and motivation for developing innovative communications with a customer marketing approach.
