HomeCaring are seeking awesome Support Worker's to join our kind & caring team to assist our 14 year old male Participant who we support on a 24/7 basis.

Experience in high physical needs care is desired.

**OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED SUPPORT WITH**:

- Activities of daily living.
- Community & social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

**HOMECARING REQUIRE OUR SUPPORT WORKERS TO HAVE**:

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive & long-lasting relationship
- Conversational communication skills & flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion & resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Excellent documentation skills
- A Qualification in Disability support or related field

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
