About the Role

As a leader in disability services, this role presents an opportunity to coordinate high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across multiple houses in the Alice Springs region.

The successful candidate will support a team of Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred support to people with disability.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight across multiple SIL houses
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, guardians, and support networks
  • Support participant onboarding and transitions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Oversee rosters and service delivery to ensure alignment with participant goals and NDIS funding
  • Lead and support a team of Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers, including supervision, performance development, and training
  • Monitor service quality, respond to feedback and incidents, and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, incident reporting, and internal policies

This role requires a strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant compliance frameworks. Experience in rostering, planning, and budget monitoring is also essential.
