Join our dynamic team at Lumus Imaging's newly established call center in St Kilda We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for full-time positions.
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both patients and referring doctors.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Efficiently managing and dispatching patient reports
Assisting and promptly addressing patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support
Coordinating report variations, validations, and necessary reviews
Documenting compliments, complaints, and feedback as needed
Undertaking general administrative tasks to support our operations and marketing departments
Occasionally, you may also be asked to work onsite at one of our clinics, where you'll handle reception duties such as appointment bookings and patient assistance.

**Key Requirements**:
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with a strong grasp of Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite
Outstanding phone etiquette and responsiveness
Exceptional organizational abilities
Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality
Capability to problem-solve with mínimal supervision
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to follow instructions and take direction
